There are not much notable structures in Barangay Pilar Village but it is bounded by places which have useful prominent landmarks like SM Southmall, Daang Hari, Alabang-Zapote Road, etc. There are also no evacuation centres in this barangay but there are a few evacuation centres nearby such as Manuyo Elementary School, Pulanlupa Elementary School and North NHS in Las Pinas.
